Secondary Summer School - Teacher Application Information, Internal Candidates Only

This year's 2014 Secondary Summer School Program will be held at Simi Valley High School from July 1 to July 25, 2014.  All teachers must be Highly Qualified in their subject area and CLAD authorized.  Please see the attached application for more information.

Special Education Extended School Year - Teacher Application Information

This year's 2014 Special Education Summer School Program Schedule follows:

Please note that there will be no Summer School July 4, 2014.

Applications are due in Certificated Personnel by: April 17, 2014.

Pre-School - June 27 (prep day) Students: June 30 to July 25, 2014, 4 hours daily.

Elementary -  June 27 (prep day) Students: June 30 to July 25, 2014, 4 1/2 hours daily.

Middle - June 27 (prep day) Students: June 30 to July 25, 2014, 5 hours daily.

High - June 27 (prep day) Students: June 30 to July 25, 2014, 2 to 5 hours daily, based on enrollment.

All teachers must be Highly Qualified in their subject area and CLAD authorized.

 

Special Education Summer School Job Application

Secondary Drama Instructor - All candidates welcome

Hillside Middle School will become a Performing and Technical Arts School in the Fall of 2014.  To support the new programs, Simi Valley Unified School District is searching for a Drama Instructor with an English Authorization.  This is a full time teaching position, with an annual salary range of $42,015 to $67,724 with 185 annual contract days.  A complete family benefit package is included.  Please see the attached Job Flier for detailed information.

Secondary Drama Instructor

Special Education Instructors - All Candidates Welcome

Mountain View Elementary School - SDC Emotional Disturbance, Grades 3-5.  One (1) Position: Mild to Moderate OR Moderate to Severe Credential.

Santa Susana High School - SAI Instruction.  Must be NCLB Compliant in Science and Math.  One (1) position: Mild to Moderate Credential.
