Trustee Arleigh Kidd was elected to the Board in November 2010 and is serving his first term through November 2014.   He is a graduate of Simi Valley High School and he has a B.A. Degree in History from California State University, Northridge. He also has a California teaching credential in Social Studies.  Trustee Kidd is currently the Board representative on the County Committee on School District Organization and serves (alternately with Trustee White) as Board representative on the Simi Valley Education Foundation Community Advisory Board.
